When Ryan Russ launched the clinic with his wife Emily in 2018, he saw the need for a new way to achieve effective therapy results. Talk therapy can fall short and being a “sounding board” is often not potent enough. The mission of The Finding Place Counseling is to always be a small, boutique clinic where great therapy takes place. They do this by creating a culture of continuous learning that regularly invest in cutting edge trainings. They believe the more therapists continually learn and grow, the more clients will get the results they deserve!
Ryan also saw a disconnect between treatment plans that were: 1) needed and specific for each client and 2) the “insurance-dictated norm”. At The Finding Place, your treatment is not limited to what your insurance dictates or the cookie-cutter “norm”. You get a treatment plan that is best for you, and you only!
