A Word From Kylie

“I so enjoyed working with Kylie! She did excellent trauma work, parts work, and was very patient with me when I needed it. As a therapist myself, I get quality therapy. Thanks you so much for the guidance in getting me set up with her!” – Sara, age 34

“Kylie was very helpful and I am very grateful for the time and effort she spent with me! Kylie was very patient and knowledgeable and I was very comfortable with her. The office/room/amenities were also very comforting and beautiful.” Becca, age 38

Oftentimes, we get caught in the surface-level routines of daily life and lose touch with our deepest selves. This disconnection can lead to addiction, disregulation, and a loss of identity. However, it’s never too late to rediscover the joy of knowing who we truly are. In my work with clients, I strive to give voice to those innermost parts that long to be seen and heard.

My training in EMDR and Brainspotting helps uncover the roots of trauma that keep us from fully connecting with ourselves. I incorporate somatic approaches to guide clients in regulating their nervous systems and restoring a sense of safety and connection — both to themselves and to others.

An important part of rediscovery involves exploring healthy sexuality and healing broken intimacy. As an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist (ASAT), Associate Partner Trauma Therapist (APTT), and Associate Multiple Addiction Therapist (AMAT) in Love Addiction, I use my specialized trainings to help clients rebuild trust after an affair, rediscover intimacy, and find authenticity in relationships.

I draw from a variety of therapeutic styles, including Systemic Approaches, Polyvagal Theory, Attachment-Based Theories, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, integrating them to meet the unique needs of each client as they reconnect with their true self.
