Like with an airplane, you hop on a jet when you have a lot of ground to cover quickly. An intensive is like hopping on a custom-curated therapy jet!

Unlike traditional therapy, where sessions are typically scheduled once a week or bi-weekly, therapy intensives are large blocks of time, usually between 4 hours and up to 3 days. This format allows individuals to dive deeper into specific issues in a condensed time frame, allowing them to cover more ground and make significant progress more quickly.

At our clinic, therapy intensives are highly customized to meet the unique needs of the individual or family, addressing everything from complex trauma recovery, sexual addiction recovery,  betrayal trauma, and grief and loss, to family of origin wounds, personal growth, or depression and anxiety. The structure of an intensive is different for everyone because no two people are the same.
